1) Can you make my computer run faster?
Yes, generally speaking, thru a combination of spyware removal and software optimization, we can usually get your computer running more efficiently.

2) Will Microsoft really call me telling me my computer is infected with a virus?
NO! It is a scam. Microsoft does not monitor individual computers. If you get this call, hang up immediately.

3) Where are you located?
We do not have a store-front. Instead, we service your computer remotely over the Internet.

4) What will it cost to fix my computer?
We charge for the time it takes to fix your computer. We have a 1/2 hour minimum. No two jobs are the same so it depends on the severity of the problem and the speed of your system.

If you are interested in participating in Remote Services, we will assist you in setting it up on your computer - at No Charge! Just give us a call at 954-346-4702, or email to let us know and we will "walk you thru" the setup via phone or email. Then anytime you have a problem, call or email... to let us know the nature of your problem, then leave your computer turned ON and connected to the Internet. REMOTE SERVICES are payable by CREDIT CARD. Invoices will be emailed.

Our Office Hours are from 9 AM until 6 PM, Monday thru Friday, where we will personally take your call, and of course, you can always reach us via email.
